In our practice we use a variety of interventions and theoretical backgrounds. More specifically, CBT, experiential therapy, motivational interviewing and brief solution focused.
We do provide direct billing for Canada Life - PSHCP and other companies under the Telus Health as well as Greenshield. We are approved and covered by many insurance companies such as Blue Cross, Manulife, Canada Life, Greenshield and Sunlife. As well as, through Veteran Affairs. We strongly encourage you to check with your insurance provider to confirm Psychotherapy services are covered.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length. Please contact for more information.
Fees start at $165.00 per session and are payable upon completion of appointment by cash, cheque, credit card or e-transfer. Pre-approval is available through Veterans Affairs Canada. A receipt will be provided for insurance purposes.
